What’s New

New region filter on tracked project widget on dashboard to allow users to filter projects by regions set for their office

Regions are migrated for DMA. Region migrations with BETA clients are being panned.

Print improvement to remove price in quote print for blank values in quotes

Required date and expiry date are retained when a quote is duplicated or a new revision is created

What’s Improved

  • Optimized user flow between quotation and project tracking modules

  • NEW – Feature: Quote print will now be created in PDF format instead of docx

  • Subtasks within task will be ordered
  • Allow user to add and edit city, province, country and postal code to contacts 
  • Office number field was added as part of contact creation
  • Address will be displayed in the order of address, city, province/state, postal code and country on each quote header
  • Quote columns will be displayed for each new page to improve quote readability 
  • Duplicate view quote action was removed on the quote list as clicking on the quote name will result in the same action

What’s New

  • NEW- Feature: All products will be displayed when a customer without any brands is selected (rep agency)

What’s Improved

  • Global search on the dashboard has been removed to avoid confusion to users
  • Hide download list on the dashboard widget until the feature is ready for release
  • Products without specification sheets will have a label of “to be included" on the section title page in order to remind the user to attach the specification sheets manually on Shop Drawing download
  • State/Province, Zip/Postal Code vocabulary have been updated for registration and project creation pages to accommodate both US/CAN users 
  • Disabled auto fill on project creation and registration pages on chrome, this was preventing users from entering in address fields
  • Changed login page username to email/username to accommodate for previous and new users
  • Shipping address will be displayed on the quote download according to selected option of customer address, project address, user input address or no shipping address on the quote
  • Incorporated a message on the login page to prompt the user to use recommended browsers if the user is on incompatible browsers or browsers versions
  • Hovering over file name on project detail page will display full file name
  • Included additional information to contact during contact search in project creation to assist user with contact selection

  • Resolved an issue where clicking projects from specific quotes will result in a blank page
  • Resolved an issue with quote templates where sell/cost override fields will be cleared after clicking on a customer for wholesalers
  • Resolved template formula value in percentage rounding issue
  • Resolved an issue where a large amount of products in a section will push the “consist of" message on the shop drawing download to the next page, it will now flow continuously into the second page
  • Resolved an issue where removal of required fields such as expiry and bid dates on quote resulted in an error

 What’s new?

  • NEW – Feature : We integrated a “Shop Drawing" feature
    • Allow users to upload specification sheets to products within a quote in order to generate and download shop drawing submittals
    • A history feature was included to allow users to view previously downloaded shop drawings
  • NEW – Feature : We integrated a feature “Pricing by region on quote products"
    • Incorporate region based pricing on products to allow flexibility in pricing during the quote building process

What’s improved?

  • We added an error message to user creation within team management if users attempts to use an existing email from another user.
  • We included a delete confirmation on the project detail page to prevent users.

What’s fixed?

  • We fixed a bug where deleting a product on a quote only deleted the product description.
  • We resolved an issue which prevented users from adding pricing to existing products with no pricing.
  • We fixed a bug where going back to step 1 and 2 from step 3 of the project creation step caused users to lose changed data.

What’s new?

  • NEW – Customer Support : We integrated a Live chat feature for customer support.

What’s improved?

  • Users are now allowed to view and search through a list of products and packages.
  • Users are now allowed to make edits to existing products and packages in terms of product number, manufacturer, category, and price.
  • We’ve improved the quote templates which will allows user to set complex formula to incorporate different pricing structures.
  • We’ve improved the quote formula that will be applied automatically after the product selection to allow quick entry of the product.
  • When a customer is selected without any manufacturer and categories then all products of the quote will be shown.
  • We’ve included a collaborators list on the project detail page to show users tracking the same project in the same firm to enhance collaboration.
  • We’ve added the tab “Note” to the front of products notes in quote print to make product notes more visible.
  • The total of the sections is automatically calculated in the quotes when the quantity is set to 1 in the quote template.

What’s fixed?

  • We resolved a bug where creating a project with empty address will result in error.
  • We resolved an issue where selected customer is not selected during quote edit
  • We resolved a bug on “has quote” filter on the project list where deleted quotes were included in the results.
  • We resolved an issue on expiry date text shown on quote edit page.

What’s improved?

  • Users are allowed to filter projects on the project list by building type, bid date, project phase and others.
  • Users are now allowed to use arrow key to view product list after product search during quote building.
  • Users are now allowed to set visibility of  contacts on the project detail page is based on office (if the contact belongs to one of users within an office).
  • Users are now allowed to include internal quote number to the quote search parameter on the quote list
  • We’ve improved the quote formula that will be applied automatically after the product selection to allow quick entry of the product.

  • NEW – Integration : Users are now allowed to integrate Project Tracker with Hubspot.
  • NEW – Feature : Users are now allowed to filter tasks on their dashboard through a task widget (filters include status, requester, assignee, due date).
  • NEW – Feature: Users are now allowed to filter quotes on the quote list (filters include required date, created date, quote status, creator, customer, outside sales rep, manufacturer, product category and product number).

What’s improved?

  • Users are now allowed to remove extra space between note and note section on quote print.

What’s fixed?

  • We resolved a bug on users not able to remove first letter after product input on quotation tool.
  • We resolved various UI/UX issues during product, quote and requote creation, project task view and project phase list.

  • NEW – Feature : The delete confirmation has been added to the removal of the contact to prevent the user from accidentally deleting his contacts.

What’s improved?

  • We’ve improved the contact search feature to allow user to search for contacts by email, organization name and first/last name.
  • We’ve improved the search for key contacts when editing or creating a project. The complete list of contacts will then be searched (instead of 500 previously).
  • We’ve improved the loading page of the list of projects / details and various style improvements.
